John Frederick Lendzian

John F. Lendzian passed away at 99 after a life marked by service, talent, and deep personal connections. He was a proud veteran who volunteered for both WWII and the Korean War, serving in the Navy and Army. In his youth, he pursued Minor League baseball with the Reading Phillies, later earning a law degree and building a successful career in advertising. A gifted pianist, he shared his love of classical music by teaching private lessons for over 30 years. John was a devoted father of four, as well as a proud grandfather and great-grandfather. He was known for his warmth, humor, and ability to connect with others. His legacy of service, passion, and kindness will live on in all who knew him.
A memorial serivce will be held at Strongsville United Methodist Church on Saturday, May 2, at 11 a.m.
