John lost his hard-fought three year battle with Cancer shortly after Christmas. He attended Yarmouth Schools, was Senior Class President of '82, became a Yarmouth Town Council member, and was an active participant in his communities. A Master Carpet Cleaner and Water Damage Restoration professional, he was also an owner of several different businesses through his life, and ended his professional career happily driving a newspaper truck. His hobbies included cooking for family, admiring cars of all ages, beating everyone at cribbage, and petting the various cats & dogs in his life.
He is predeceased by both his parents and his brother Richard Lewis Morrill. He is survived by his three children, Victoria Morrill (Portland, Maine); Kieran Browser (England); & Alexis Morrill (Steuben, Maine), as well as by siblings: Shirley Giles of S Portland, Bill Morrill of Durham, Jeff & Karla Morrill of Gray, Judy Dembrowski of N Yarmouth, and Jenn & Jamie Swanson of Millbury, MA and fraternal brother Will Young of Yarmouth.
