John Reighard

John F. "JR" Reighard III, age 63, passed away on October 13, 2022, in Wayne, Michigan. Born on March 13, 1959, in Wurzburg, Germany, John lived a life deeply rooted in his passions for motorsports and family.

John graduated from Wayne Memorial High School and went on to build a career in the automotive and motorsports industry. His work reflected his lifelong enthusiasm for all things motorized, a passion that defined much of his life and brought him joy both professionally and personally.

He was a loving father, son, brother, and uncle who cherished time spent with family and friends. John's devotion to his loved ones was evident in the bonds he shared with them. He had an avid love for motorsports that extended beyond his career into his personal life, where he found great happiness in sharing this passion with those around him.

John is survived by his mother Marilyn; brothers Bernard and Mike; three nieces; and two nephews. He was predeceased by his father John; sister Tina; daughter Nichole; and nieces Sarah and Laura Tanner.
