John C. Young passed away on January 11, 2026, at the age of 74 in Rockville, CT. Born on August 7, 1951, John had a career as a machinist and later as a private courier. Known for his laid-back and private demeanor, John enjoyed listening to rock n' roll and watching football.
John is survived by Melissa and Mike Lagasse, Brandon Cramer, Lindsey Lagasse, Todd Young, David Young, and Patricia Griswold. Best friends, Howie and Freddy. He was preceded in death by his parents, Eugene and Carol Young; his son, Joseph Young; his brother, Charles Young; and his sister, Susan Ng. Thank you Massack home and Foxhill nursing home for John's care.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Animal Society in memory of John's love for animals.
