Joseph H. Spreeman, aged 85, passed away on April 19, 2026, in Whitefield, NH. Born in Queens NY on August 16, 1940, Joseph lived a life marked by his cheerful spirit and unwavering work ethic. He graduated from Freeport High School in 1958 and built a successful career that spanned several decades and industries.
Joseph's professional journey included significant tenures at DuraBilt Products in Wellsburg, NY, where he was a regional sales manager from 1993 to 2010. He excelled in his role, setting sales records and nurturing a vast network of dealers across New England, parts of New York, and the Carolinas. A man of faith, Joseph was a devoted member of the Harvest of Praise Church of God in Rochester, NH. His personal life was enriched by his hobbies, which included golf, skiing, and traveling. An avid sports fan, he passionately supported college hockey, cheering for the Eagles, and never missed a New England Patriots game.
Joseph leaves behind a loving family: his wife of 39 years, Cathryn; daughters Deborah Dickerson (and her children Gage, Ethan, Julia), Heather Spreeman (and her children Bernard, Sonny, Matteo), and Joanne; son Jotham Spreeman (and his child Mitchell); and nephew Kevin Tracey. He was preceded in death by his son Joey Spreeman, and his siblings-in-law Jean and Tom Mahoney, and Marion and Ed Tracey.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Joseph's memory can be made to the Tunnel to Towers Foundation (t2t.org), an organization he deeply admired. Joseph's legacy of humor, dedication, and love continues to inspire all who knew him.
