On Feb. 1, 2026, the union between Charles and Josephine Giblin was broken after nearly 53 years of marriage. The bond she had with her two sons, Mark and David, as well as her three grandchildren, Eli, Arianna and Wyatt has also been permanently altered.
Besides her immediate family, Josephine also leaves behind three surviving sisters, Rose, Dolores and Maryann. She was predeceased by her sister Dorothy.
She died as she lived, everyone's friend.
Funeral Mass Friday, April 24 at 11:30 AM at Our Lady of St. Germaine Church Oak Lawn, IL. Visitation Friday, April 24 from 10:30-11:30 prior to Mass at the Church.
