Jowana Khalia Barlow Fuller, 49 years old passed away peacefully March 5th, 2026. She was born June 22, 1976 to the late Joseph Barlow Jr and Diana Fuller. Jowana attend Tradewind Rehabilitation School and Norton school for the handicapped. She received her honorary diploma from Roosevelt. She was baptized by the late Rev Parrish at First Tabernacle Baptist Church. Preceding her in death her father, Joseph Barlow Jr.; Brother, Joseph E Barlow III and Andre Jelks; Sister, Colleen Ann Thomas; Grandparents Elmer and Queenie Fuller, Joseph and Vinnie Barlow Sr.; Aunts and Uncles, Charles and Teresa Finch, Bob and Mary Yates, Tyrone and Jackie Hunter, Robert and Willimetta Crawford and Tommie Barlow; Special Cousin, Hiawatha Williams; Remembered by sisters, Shevaughnda Jelks and LaTanya Hinton. Celebration of Life Services will be held on Saturday, March 21, 2026 at McDuffie Funeral Home 1525 Broadway Gary, IN 46407. Viewing 10:00AM-12:00PM with funeral immediately following at 12:00PM.
