Joyce Garrow

Joyce Amelia Garrow (née Francisconi) passed away on February 5, 2026, in Zephyrhills, Florida. She was born on August 11, 1950, in Albany, New York. She resided in Ravena, New York until she retired with her husband to Florida.

Joyce was the beloved daughter of Gino and Carmella Francisconi. She was preceded in death by her parents, her sister Veronica, and her brother Anthony.

She is lovingly remembered by her husband of 58 years Donald, son James (Susan), son Donald and grandchildren. Her presence will be deeply missed by those who knew and loved her.
