Judith "Judy" Shoppelle
Judith Shoppelle, 79, of Greenfield, IN, passed away on March 18, 2026. Born on November 11, 1946, in Indianapolis, she was the daughter of the late John and Betty Johnson. Judy was a member of the first graduating class of Arlington High School in 1965.
Early in her career, while working at Hook's Drugs, she met Ron Shoppelle. They married in 1978 and shared 35 years together before his passing.
Judy spent much of her professional life in the medical field, serving as a receptionist at Metro Health, Independent Order of Foresters, and Irvington Radiology. She found great fulfillment in her work, where she truly enjoyed assisting patients and connecting with her coworkers.
She is survived by her daughter, Michelle (Mike); her grandson, Kaiden; her brother, John (Kathy); her sister, Gloria (Carl); and several nieces, nephews, and loved ones.
A private Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. In honor of Judy's memory, memorial contributions may be made to the Humane Society.
