HYLTON, Justin Eugene December 18, 1943 - April 3, 2026
On the quiet morning of April 3, 2026, our beloved Justin Eugene Hylton passed away at the age of 82. Justin lived life boldly — a rebel, a lover, a fighter, a worker, a father, a grandfather, a husband, and a loyal friend. He taught his children the values and standards that shaped their lives. His elegance, grace, and unmistakable swag were matched only by the warmth of his smile.
Justin leaves behind his wife, Betty, and son-in-law, Clive; his second wife, Daisy; and his children: Ian (Min), Anthony (Ailis), Andrea (Kevin), Terrence, Shelley, and Dean. He was a proud grandfather to Bailey, Taylor, Christopher, Nigel, Bianca, and Lucien.
He is also survived by his siblings: Walter (Evadney), Kenute (Joan), Richard (Herma), Donald (Doretta), Ridley (Jasmine), Hyacinth, and Euton "Laban."
Justin is predeceased by his first wife, Faye; his parents, Keith and Gertrude; his brother, George; and his daughter, Sonia.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, May 1, 2026, at Sheffield Methodist Church in Westmoreland, Jamaica with interment following. Subsequently, guests are invited to join the family for a reception at Negril Hills Golf Club. Livestream details are available @richardbrownfilms youtube.
