In loving memory of Justin Parrish, who was born on July 25, 1980, and passed away on September 21, 2025. Today, our family celebrates Justin's life and reflects on the joy, love, and meaning he brought to all who knew him.
Justin was raised in Spokane, Washington, where he created many cherished memories with his dad, papa, and extended family. He especially loved fly fishing and camping trips to Amber and Brown's Lakes, Eagle Creek, and the St. Joe River. These adventures were filled with laughter, learning, and a deep appreciation for the outdoors.
Justin treasured time spent with family in Sunriver, Oregon, and along the Washington coast. He was also an enthusiastic sports fan, proudly cheering on the Washington State University Cougs, Gonzaga University Bulldogs, and the Seattle Seahawks.
A talented and competitive athlete, Justin enjoyed playing basketball, tennis, and golf, and he was an accomplished fly fisherman. He graduated from Eastern Washington University with a degree in Communications and valued his professional opportunities in sales and communications, where he enjoyed working closely with others.
Justin loved being part of Spokane's annual Hoopfest Basketball Tournament, participating both as a player and as a coach. He took great pride in supporting his cousins and friends, relationships that meant the world to him.
Above all else, Justin was a devoted family member, caregiver, and loyal friend. He was a source of strength and kindness to those who leaned on him most, including his grandparents, Buzzy and Betty Parrish; his parents, Stan and Stephanie Parrish; his sister, Kristen Parrish Holmer; his nieces, Kailyn and Keira Holmer; his brother-in-law, Christian Holmer; his beloved pets, Taffy, Leila, and Chloe; and the entire Fredette and Parrish families.
Justin's spirit will live on forever in the memories we cherish and the love he shared so freely.
"We love you, Justin, and miss you so much."
