Kai James Gamber

Kai James Gamber, age 18, of Westminster, Colorado, surrounded by loved ones, passed away on February 4, 2026.

Kai was born on June 16, 2007, in Lafayette, Colorado, to John and Beth Gamber. With his ocean eyes and kind spirit, he made others laugh and feel comfortable just being themselves. A graduate of Pomona High School '25, he was a lover of sports, music, and looking fresh. It was his love for his brothers, family, and friends that made him smile the most.

Kai is survived by his father, John Gamber; his mother, Beth Gamber; his brothers, Jaid and Cash Gamber; his bonus mom, Ash Rooney; his grandfathers, John Sr. and Jim; and many other loving family members and friends who will miss him dearly.

A Celebration of Life service will be held on February 18, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at Storyline Church, 14605 W. 64th Ave., Arvada, Colorado 80004.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Kai's memory through the family's GoFundMe fundraiser.
