Karen Schirrmeister

Karen Schirrmeister, 81 of New Fairfield, CT died unexpectedly at Danbury Hospital on September 21, 2025.

Karen was the loving wife of the late Ralph A. D'Agosta Sr. Karen was a through and dedicated teacher at Consolidated and Meeting House Hill Schools for 35 years before her retirement. She was also on the Board of the New Fairfield Sherman Animal Welfare for many, many years.

Karen leaves behind two step-daughters Denise D'Agosta-Baxter of Patterson, LA and Jacqueline Morse of Brookfield, CT, three step-grandsons and several step- great grandchildren.
