Kathleen Teresa De Lucchi, 78, of Rocklin, California, passed away peacefully on December 26, 2025, surrounded by the love of her family. She was born on August 13, 1947, in San Francisco, California.
Known to all as Kathy, she had a gift for making people feel instantly welcome. Her outgoing personality, infectious smile, and kind heart made everyone feel special—as if they were her favorite. Kathy lived a life rooted in love, faith, and inner strength. Her Catholic faith guided her every day, and her family was always at the center of everything she did.
Kathy was the heart of her family. She loved deeply, always putting others before herself. She was a devoted wife, a proud mother, a loving nonnie, an attentive aunt, and a steady presence her family could always count on. Her home was a place of warmth, laughter, and unconditional love.
She is now reunited with her parents, Robert and Teresa Lumsden; her sisters, Patricia, Elizabeth, and Barbara; and her beloved son, David, who preceded her in death.
Kathy is survived by her loving husband of 56 years, David DeLucchi Sr.; her sons Michael (Gina) and Steven (Heather); and her six grandchildren, David III, Nicholas, Marina, Matthew, Steven, and Lauren, who brought her endless joy and pride.
A Rosary will be prayed at 10:30 AM, immediately followed by a Funeral Mass at 11:00 AM on January 2, 2026, at Saints Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Rocklin.
Kathy will be deeply missed, lovingly remembered, and forever held in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.
