Kathleen Williams

Kathleen Marie "Kathy" Williams, passed away on Saturday, February 7, 2026, in Saint Charles, Missouri, at the age of 56. Born on January 21, 1970, in Santa Monica, California, Kathy had just celebrated her birthday a few short weeks before her passing.

Kathy was a woman whose spirit radiated warmth and kindness. Known to all simply as Kathy, she had an extraordinary ability to connect with people from all walks of life. Whether in a store aisle or a restaurant booth, she made friends wherever she went—often with nothing more than a smile and one of her signature hugs. Her generosity knew no bounds; even when she had little herself, she would give freely to others without hesitation. It was not uncommon for her to offer her last dollar to someone in need.

Her greatest joy came from loving and caring for her family. Kathy is survived by her daughter Tawni Williams and son Conrad Williams, who carry forward the strength and compassion she instilled in them. She also leaves behind six cherished grandchildren who brought immense pride and happiness into her life.

Kathy's deep familial bonds extended beyond her children and grandchildren. She is also survived by her beloved mother Bea Petchuk; her sister Kimberly Boley and brother-in-law Dennis Boley—whom she affectionately called "Bro"; her sister Elizabeth McCaslin; and her niece Abigail McCaslin. Each of them held a special place in Kathy's heart and shared in the joy of her vibrant presence.

The family extends heartfelt gratitude to Windsor Estates Nursing Home and the dedicated Hospice team who provided Kathy with exceptional care during her final days.

Kathy's legacy is one of love, generosity, and unshakable human connection. May her memory bring comfort to those who knew and loved her.
