Keith Eric Eisenlohr, 56, of Brunswick, GA passed away unexpectedly on December 23, 2025 after a brief illness.
He was born on October 12, 1969, to Robert F. Eisenlohr and the late Carol (Kearney) Eisenlohr in Winsted, CT, where he continued to live his childhood and early adult years. He loved growing up in a small town, and played many sports throughout his childhood. In highschool he was an All-State goalie for the boys soccer team, and was always so proud of that.
After graduating The Gilbert School, Keith went on to become a professional painter. He continued to paint for many years, even after relocating to St. Simons Island in Georgia. He loved his family, and all his friends, old and new. He enjoyed camping, a good tye dye, the beach, riding his bike on the island, and was an avid skier for most of his life, even working as an instructor at Mt. Snow for a few years.
His true love and passion was music. Whether it be a good old jam session with friends in a garage, a local gig, or out seeing a big band at a venue,
music was his everything.
He loved The Grateful Dead, his buddies in Flipper Dave, and many more, but his heart was about the people and music of Max Creek,
He loved all the music festivals, and Camp Creek was always his favorite for years. He had a guitar collection, and each one meant something special to him as they held many memories and he could tell stories of all the adventures he had with each one of them.
Besides his father, he survived by his sisters, Kris Bellantuano ( Jeff) of Clearmont, FL, Beth Glotzbach ( Bo) of Brunswick, GA, and Erin Bennion ( Nick) of Ocala , FL. He also loved and adored his nephew Ryan Glotzbach, and niece Abby Glotzbach.
A private memorial will be held by the family at a later date.
