Kelly Lynn Brooks

Kelly Brooks, a devoted mother, loving grandmother, cherished sister, and dear friend, passed away at the age of 53 on March 24, 2026 in San Diego, California after a courageous battle with cancer.

Born on June 13, 1972 to Russell and Shirley Brooks. Kelly was raised in Dorchester, Massachusetts. she carried strength, compassion and resilience throughout her life leaving a lasting impression on all who had the privilege of knowing her

Kelly's greatest pride and joy where her children:
James "Lil Jim" Hines and his partner Britni Silcox, Kelly "Lil Kelly" Hines and her partner Erick Merrick, Marissa Furkart and her partner Luana Mason'Santos.Her legacy continues through her beloved grandchildren - Jared James, Brody James, Erick Romeo, Milani Rayne, Jaymi Rose and Aiyanna Jade - who brought immeasurable happiness to her life.

Kelly will be remembered by her big heart, her kindness, and her unwavering support for those she loved. She had a special gift for helping others and over the years, opened her home and her heart to many in need. Her generosity and compassion touched countless lives.

In addition to her children and grandchildren, Kelly is survived by many loving relatives and dear friends whose lives were forever changed by her love and friendship.
Kelly's memory will live on in hearts of all who knew and loved her.

A celebration of life will be held in Boston Massachusetts on April 19, 2020 26.
