Kenneth "KC" Pearson Jr

Kenneth "KC" Pearson Jr, aged 69, passed away on February 26, 2026, in Athol, MA. Born on November 21, 1956, to the late Kenneth and Helen Pearson, KC was a spirited individual known for his artistic abilities and craftsmanship as a stone wall builder.

KC led a fulfilling life as a self-employed artist and stone mason. His work extended to McNeill's Brewery in Brattleboro, VT, where his friendliness, storytelling, and artistic interests added character and warmth. KC loved dogs and had an uncanny talent for training and caring for them.

A man who loved deeply, KC is survived by his siblings Ed Pearson and wife Ann, Terry Day and husband Billy, Stephen Pearson and wife Ilene, and Betsy Falvey and husband Dan, many nieces and nephews, cousins, and great friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Anne Nelson.

A private service will be held to honor KC's life. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in his memory to the ASPCA. KC's memory will be cherished by all who knew him, remembered for his creativity, love for his family and friends, and his enduring free spirit.
