Kenneth E. Stevens entered into the Presence of his Lord and Savior on January 31, 2026, in San Antonio, Texas. Born on December 24, 1948, in Deming, New Mexico, Kenny spent his early years and much of his life in his hometown, residing there until 2018. He was known for his strong work ethic, dedicating himself wholeheartedly to every task he undertook. Kenny was a devoted and protective family man, always placing the well-being of his loved ones at the forefront of his life.
Throughout his career, Kenny contributed to the family-owned 7-Up Bottling Company, where he worked until 1976. Later, he took on the role of Manager at Farmers, Inc., where his genuine interest in people made him well-liked by colleagues and customers alike. Kenny found joy in the relationships he built through his work.
Kenny found great enjoyment in a variety of activities throughout his life. He cherished moments spent hunting and golfing with his sons, and in later years, he developed a passion for fishing with his friends. These pastimes brought him happiness and allowed him to create lasting memories with those he cared about.
Kenny was preceded in death by his parents, Joe and Katy Stevens; his sister, Joby Lamplot; his brother, Ed Stevens; and his son, Joel Stevens. He leaves behind a loving family who will cherish his memory and the impact he made on their lives. Kenneth is survived by his wife of 57 years, Beth; his son Craig (Kathe) of Gillette, Wyoming; his son Kyle (Lisa) of San Antonio, Texas; and his daughter-in-law Shannon Stevens of Deming, NM. He was a proud grandfather to Michael (CJ), Nathaniel (Holli), Matthew (Taylee), Madison, and Olivia. He is also survived by his sister, Kathy Paulk (Dick) of La Luz, New Mexico, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and friends who will remember him fondly.
