Kevin Patrick Moore passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loving family on September 5, 2025 in Clarendon Hills, Illinois. He was born on June 6, 1959 in Chicago, Illinois to Edward and Kathleen Moore.
He is survived by his loving wife of 46 years, Diane Moore (nee Green); his children Kathleen (Hugh) King, Christeen (Bradley) Alfers, Melissa (Zackary) White and Melinda (Ryan) Munoz; his grandchildren Faith, Tyler, Jacob, Joseph, Mason, Hugh Jr., Audrey, Gabriella, Nathan and Jameson; his siblings Keith, Edward, Cynthia, Karen, Scot, and Kathryn, along with many cousins, nieces and nephews.
Kevin is preceded in death by his parents, and brother Kenneth Moore.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, November 8, 2025, at 12:00PM at Parkview Community Church (764 St. Charles Rd. Glen Ellyn, IL 60137). Visiting with family prior to service will begin at 11:30am.
