Kevin Mulcahy was born on December 6, 1953, in Illinois and passed away on February 20, 2026, in Jackson, Mississippi, at the age of 72.
He is survived by his loving wife, Ann; his daughter, Emily; his brother, John; and an extended family who will miss him dearly. He was preceded in death by his parents, Fred and Peggy Mulcahy. Kevin will be fondly remembered by his family and friends for the passions that enriched his life and the lives of those around him.
Kevin dedicated 25 years to management in the transportation industry, where he made a lasting impact through his leadership and commitment to excellence. Among his proudest professional accomplishments was helping Oklahoma City earn recognition in 2020 as the best Small Transit System in North America—a testament to his vision, teamwork, and dedication to public service.
An adventurous spirit at heart, Kevin had a deep appreciation for motorcycles, firearms, .... and Reyn Spooner shirts. He found great joy in the outdoors, discovering peace, purpose, and inspiration in the beauty of nature. Above all, he was known for his generous heart and his willingness to lend a helping hand whenever it was needed.
