LeRoy E. Curson Jr., "Lee Curson," age 91, of Bowling Green, Ohio, passed away peacefully in hospice care surrounded by his family on December 26, 2025. Lee was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend. He proudly served in the United States Army and received an honorable discharge in 1963.

Lee was born on June 9, 1934 to LeRoy E. Curson Sr. and Virginia (Dietrich) Curson in Toledo, Ohio. After graduating from DeVilbiss High School, Lee attended the University of Toledo. He married Diane Huntsman (1936-2025) on September 27, 1958, and together they shared 66 years of marriage.

Lee worked in various sales positions before spending his career at LBA Custom Printing. His exceptional talent in sales led to remarkable success, and along with a partner, he ultimately purchased the company he helped build.

Known for his generous and adventurous spirit, Lee delighted in sharing his good fortune with family and friends, creating countless cherished memories at vacation homes and on the water aboard his many boats. He loved riding his golf cart at the cottage on Bartholomew Lake with his grandchildren and beloved dogs, and he took great pride in his racing boat, "Printer's Devil," earning trophies in competitions that reflected his passion and joy for life.

Lee was also an avid runner for many years, completing numerous races, including two full marathons, several half triathlons, and a full triathlon—testaments to his determination and drive. His memory will continue to inspire strength, resilience, and generosity in all who knew him.

Lee is survived by his son, Dan (Melissa) Curson of Perrysburg, Ohio, daughters, Kim (Tom) Greive of Mitchell, South Dakota, Kelly (Tom) Bunge of Avon, Ohio; 7 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; his brother, Ron Curson of Osseo, Michigan; sister, Carrol Muston of Toledo, Ohio and several nieces and nephews.

The family will be sharing a Celebration of Life at a future date and location to be determined.
