Lillian J. (Kratz) Alderfer, 93, wife of the late Alton L. Alderfer, Upper Salford Twp., PA, died Sunday, January 4, 2026, at Shannondell, Lower Providence Twp., PA

Lillian was born on December 18, 1932, in Upper Salford Twp., to Earl B. and Bessie V. (Clemmer) Kratz. She was the seventh of their eight children.

Lillian is survived by her daughters, Wanda Y. Hamlin (Robert), Ocean View, DE, Marcia D. Rockland (Barry), Waterbury, CT, and Melissa A. Alderfer (Steven Palmer), Media, PA; her grandchildren, Jessica Denno, Melaina Kinsey, and Michael Rockland (Jill Motyl); and her great-grandchildren, Molly and Grant Denno, Emerson Kinsey, and Peri and William Rockland. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Jennifer L. Drake, and her siblings, Eugene Kratz, Mary A. Benner, Elizabeth V. Hillegass, William T. Kratz, Emma K. Jeffcoat, Robert E. Kratz, and Eileen A. DeHaven.

Lillian's funeral service is private with burial next to her husband in Limerick Garden of Memories, Limerick Twp., PA. Arrangements are by Holcombe Funeral Home, Inc., Trappe, PA.
