Lillian Baldo Wertowitch

Lillian Baldo Wertowitch took her journey home on February 20, 2026. She was a devoted mother, grandmother and great-grandmother whose faith and kindness touched all who knew her.

Born and raised on the Lower East Side of New York City, Lillian lived for many years in Laurelton, NY, and Manhasset Hills, NY, before moving to Pennington, NJ in 1991. There she built a warm and lasting community of friends and neighbors through her church, her volunteer work, and the many caring volunteers who later supported her.

Lillian is survived by her three daughters: Lorraine Wageman, of Princeton, NJ; Carol Jacomo of Lawrenceville, NJ; and Marie Mahoney of Odenton, MD. She was the loving grandmother of John Jacomo, Meaghan Gneighting, Bryan Mahoney, and Lily Wageman, and the great-grandmother of three.

A devout Catholic throughout her life, Lillian was a faithful parishioner of St. Anne's Church, Morris Hall Chapel, and St. James Church over the years. Her strong spirit, gentle humor, and unwavering love for her family and her faith will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered.

A Memorial Mass will be held at St. James Church, Pennington, NJ, in the near future.
