Linda (Dungey) Bergeson, age 78, of North Aurora, Illinois; beloved wife, Mom and Grammy, passed away on January 14, 2026. Linda was raised in Batavia, Illinois. She was a proud Batavia High School graduate of 1965 - Go Bulldogs!
Linda is survived by her husband of 42 years, Chris Bergeson, two daughters: Leah (Matt) Smith and Cristin (Justin) Hovinen and four grandchildren: Autumn, Jack, Henry and Michael. Linda is also survived by two stepdaughters, Cara Creamer and Laura Bergeson, as well as four siblings: Barbara (Roger) Johnson, Lorilee Ortiz, Lee C. (Nancy) Dungey and Susan Baird.
Linda was proceeded in death by her parents, Lee B. and Laura Dungey and brother-in-law, Luis Ortiz.
A celebration of Linda's life will be held at a later date.
