Linda, you are so loved, and you are so missed by your family and friends!
Linda Buckmaster, 62, passed away peacefully on March 3, 2026, in San Antonio, Texas. Her passing came during a lunar eclipse-a moment as powerful and unique as the life she lived.
Linda was born on December 7, 1963, in Honolulu, Hawaii. From the beginning, she carried a captivating aura, so much that a nurse at her birth remarked that Linda was the most beautiful baby she had ever seen. Her life journey carried her through Phoenix, AZ. Vacaville, CA. and San Antonio, TX. no matter where she went, she brought her light, her laughter, and her unmistakable presence.
Linda was the beloved daughter of Lloyd and Lola. She grew up as the third of four sisters Gina, Robin, and Cleo. Wife of Rolando, A loving mother to her three children: Donella, Denasa, and Shawn. Her legacy extends even further as a proud grandmother to seven grandchildren: Neveah, Angel, Josiah, Elena, Robert, Micah, and Aliviana.
Throughout her life, Linda worked as a bartender—a role that allowed her vibrant personality to shine. Known for her fun-loving nature and heart of gold, she had a remarkable ability to make those around her feel comforted and cared for. Linda's sense of humor and zest for life were evident in everything she did.
She found joy in getting dressed up, dancing, singing, cooking, and writing — activities that reflected her creative spirit and lively energy. Whether sharing laughter with loved ones or expressing herself through song and dance, Linda left an indelible mark on the hearts of many.
Linda's faith journey is a testament to God's infinite mercy. Through her experiences, she overcame significant challenges, but her faith gave her strength. She was a testament to His grace, her heart a reflection of His love, and her faith a guiding light to all who knew her. Though we grieve in her absence, we rejoice in the promise that she now dwells in the presence of the Lord, where there is no pain, only peace everlasting.
A Celebration of Life will be held in her honor at La Bella Luna in Granbury, Texas, on Sunday, April 5th at 3 p.m. Friends and family are invited to gather to remember the beautiful memories she created during her time with us.
