Lisa Boros Clarke of Naples, Florida passed peacefully on January 16, 2026. She was born February 16, 1955 in Cleveland, Ohio. She grew up in Maple Heights and Lyndhurst, Ohio. She graduated from Charles F. Brush High School in 1973.
Lisa attended Kent State University and a few other Universities while earning her degree with a major in vocal music and a minor in piano. She was a gifted vocalist performing in a variety of music stylings including opera, art songs, secular choir, classical, chamber, musical theater and jazz. She performed as a soloist, in a variety of groupings, choirs and bands domestically and internationally. She continued to sing in choirs well into her later years having been a member of St. William's Choir, Naples, Florida more recently.
In her later years she developed a passion for interior design and dedicated many years to providing these services to a wide clientele. Anyone who knew her well knew that she loved experimenting with seasonal designs and had an unequal love for everything Christmas. She ultimately retired from her interior design career in November, 2024.
Lisa loved to travel and explore architecture and gardens. She was particularly fond of Southern architecture and gardens and frequently enjoyed respites at a variety of large estates with her husband Steve. She was an avid gardener and never seemed to meet a plant that she didn't love. Her horticulture knowledge was impressive. She also loved animals and particularly favored English Springer Spaniels. Nicki, Lucia and now Georgie were her unfailing companions and she loved them dearly.
Lisa is survived by her loving husband of 39 years, Steve Clarke. They were married October 10, 1986 and enjoyed an enduring partnership while owning several businesses, and homes from Ohio to Florida.
Lisa was preceded in death by her father, Paul Boros, and mother, Edith K. Boros. She is survived by her siblings Paul Boros (Dianne), Geneva, Ohio, Laura Tomco (Alan), Concord Township, Ohio and Andrea Boros, Columbus, Ohio. She was a dedicated aunt to Lia Tomco, Natalie Tomco and Dr. Jesse Capone (Caroline). She never seemed to tire of the tales and photos of her grand-nephews (Colin Capone, Graham Capone and Isaac Capone).
From her marriage she was survived by her brothers-in-law Robert (Gail) Clarke, Dennis (Eileen) Clarke, Patrick (Sally) Clarke and Kevin (late, Sonia) Clarke. Her surviving sisters-in-law are Nancy Clarke (David) Becerra, Katherine (Mark) Zion, and Maureen Clarke (Tom Snyderburn). She was a dedicated aunt and great aunt to many Clarke family nieces and nephews.
She had an extensive network of friends from childhood through adulthood who will miss her camaraderie, laughter and smile. She was widely inclusive and a wonderful friend to many.

A funeral Mass was held at St Williams Catholic Church, 601 Seagate Drive, Naples, Florida 34108 on Thursday, January 29th at 10:00 a.m.
