Lisa Smallwood

Lisa Smallwood, born on July 17, 1966, in Maryland, passed away on February 5, 2026, in Bel Air, Maryland. She was 59 years old.

Lisa is lovingly remembered by her mother, Loretta Callahan (Budinski), and her brother Brian Smallwood and his wife Pamela. She leaves behind her three children: Danielle Popp, Michael Wilhelm, and Trista Bolling. Her granddaughter, Lily Wilkins, also survives her and carries forward Lisa's legacy. In addition to her immediate family, Lisa is mourned by several nieces and nephews whose lives she touched deeply.

She was preceded in death by her father, Johnny Smallwood, and her brother James Smallwood.
