It was a clear, early spring morning in Tucson, Arizona and the sun just rising. With hummingbirds buzzing and fluttering at the fountain in the courtyard, a gentle breeze worked its way into the room. The atmosphere took on a clear refreshing chill. Her daughter Kimberly, sitting by her side through the night, when the Lord brought Lois home to her eternal rest. She is peacefully with him now and will no longer feel the biting pain and severe restrictions of arthritis. This pain was part of her daily life since an early adult age. Now free to walk and talk with the Lord in warmth, love, and complete peace.

Lois was born in the rural mining community of Conaway, Virginia on December 16, 1938, to Paris Breeding and Carrie (Lee) Breeding.
