Lori Lee Savignac, 58, of Uncasville, CT, passed away on February 21, 2026, at Backus Hospital, surrounded by her two daughters and her devoted partner.

Born on September 24, 1967, in New London, CT, to Orville A. "Bud" and Etta Reynolds, Lori grew up in Waterford and was affectionately nicknamed "Moose" by her father. She excelled as a catcher in youth softball and graduated from Waterford High School in 1985. Lori cherished time spent bowling with her mother and youngest sister at Holiday Bowl in Groton. Professionally, she dedicated years to property management in Groton and Ledyard before finding her true calling as a server at Ed's Kitchen & Creamery in Uncasville. Over two decades there, she became a beloved fixture of the community, known for her warmth and ability to make every customer she met feel like family.

Lori's life was filled with love and commitment. She shared marriages with the late Ronald Schultz of Conewango Valley, NY, and Roger Savignac of Norwich, CT—relationships that transitioned into lasting friendships after their amicable separations. For the past thirty years, Lori built a life with Tom Miesen of Uncasville, who stood steadfastly by her side through all challenges. Together they created a home brimming with love alongside their cherished dogs Dexter and Rocco.

Above all else, Lori adored her daughters: Sabrina (Joshua) Stockmeyer of Jewett City and Chelsea Savignac (Brian McMahon) of Lisbon. Her proudest role was being the best "Nana" to Jaxson, Bennet, and Levi Stockmeyer of Jewett City; and Brandon and Madison McMahon of Lisbon—her grandchildren brought the most immeasurable joy to her life.

Preceded in death by her grandparents and parents; Lori leaves behind "her Tom," her daughters and her grandchildren; along with her beloved sisters Brenda (John) Sharrow of Algonac, MI; Debra (Terry) Watson of Pheonix, AZ; Donna (Anthony) Hathaway of Leander, TX; Kathy (Fabian) Lopez of Oakdale, CT; as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins.

A Celebration of Life will be held on March 28th from noon to 2 pm at Uncasville Diner (formerly Ed's Kitchen), 884 Norwich-New London Turnpike in Uncasville for all who knew her. May Lori's legacy of love continue to shine brightly in the hearts of all who knew her.
