LUCILLE STELLA (ALLAIRE) MORIARTY – (January 03, 1945 — November 19, 2025)
Lucille Stella (Allaire) Moriarty, 80, of Northwood and formerly of Nashua, New Hampshire, passed away with her family by her side on Wednesday afternoon, November 19, 2025 at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Hospital in Lebanon, New Hampshire after a battle with serious heart and lung issues.
A resident of Northwood, New Hampshire for 34 years, she was born in Nashua on January 03, 1945, a daughter of the late Antonio Octave Joseph and Emilienne Gertrude (Raymond) Allaire. Lou was raised and educated in local schools in Nashua and graduated from Rivier College with a nursing degree. She worked for many years at St. Joseph's Hospital in Nashua.
Lou was a dedicated wife, mother, and homemaker. Her life’s work was centered around the care and wellbeing of her family, which she did with grace and love.
Lou loved celebrating Christmas with her family and decorated her home year-round for it. She also enjoyed watching old westerns, collecting antiques, was an avid puzzle builder and crossword lover. She will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, and meme.
Lou is survived hy her loving and dedicated husband of 45 years, Francis (Frank) Moriarty, her daughters Lee Moriarty Golon and husband Nicholas Coombs Golon; and Kelly Holt; her sons Paul Pelchat and his partner Andrea J Bariteau; Edward Pelchat, Jr.; and James Pelchat. Lou also leaves behind her grandchildren, Elise Marcelle Golon, Adeline Paige Golon and Cassian Coombs Golon, Travis Guay, Jordan Guay, George Hoyt, Jessica Hoyt and Mary Pelchat. In addition to her parents, Lou was also predeceased by her daughter Judith Pelchat; her brothers, T. Sgt Joseph Roger Leo Allaire and Antonio Andrew Allaire, Jr. and wife Clare, Rudolph L. Allaire and wife Marguerite; and her sisters, Jeannine Lucette Chestmolowicz and husband Frank and Rita Cicelle McAllister and husband Robert.
