Manuela "Veronica" Delgado returned to our Heavenly Father on December 31, 2025, in Tucson, Arizona, at Peppi's House.

Born on February 14, 1957, Valentine's Day, in Barstow California. She was a graduate at Barstow High School. Throughout her career, she worked at various jobs. She began waitressing at Tomahawk and at Naugles. She later worked as a bookkeeper at Bingo Truckstop, a cashier at Rip Griffins Truck Stop, and also worked at Arco AM/PM. She eventually pivoted into the medical field where she worked at Barstow Lab and X-Ray, Dr. Vora's office, and Choice Medical Group.
A determined and hard-working woman she successfully juggled three jobs at a time for several years. Veronica loved to read the Bible and share about God's love to all! Including her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. She sent daily text messages filled with encouraging scriptures to her family and friends.

She is preceded in her death by her mother Trinidad, father Manuel, brother Floyd, baby brother Raymond, and her son Ernest Jr. She is survived by her husband Ernesto and her children: Francisca, Margaret, Anthony, Angel, and Jennifer. Grandchildren: Daniel, Christina, Manuel, Estevan, Kadijah, Alexandra, AJ, Aidan, Andrew, Zach, Taylor, and Mia Rae. And great grandchildren: Hezekiah, Ethan Byron, Illianna, Keith Anthony, and Susannah Grace.
