Marcia Hall Chulibrk

Marcia Hall Chulibrk, 85 passed away on January 8, 2025 of natural causes. She was born April 23, 1939 in Chicago, IL to Richard and Margaret Hall. Marcia attended Thornton Township High School in Harvey, IL. Marcia was a 1961 graduate of the University of Nebraska. She was a member of Delta Gamma Sorority. After graduation she married Thomas Chulibrk at the First Presbyterian Church in Homewood, IL. Marcia devoted many years to teaching special education. Marcia and Tom raised their two daughters Debra and Cara in Homewood, IL. Later in life Marcia and Tom lived in Michigan City, Indiana, Grand Beach, Michigan and finally Greensboro, Georgia. Marcia is survived by her husband Thomas; her daughter Debra Gianaris, son-in-law Peter Gianaris, granddaughter Brooke Phillis (Ryan), grandsons Douglas Hoffmann (Haley) and Brad Hoffmann, great granddaughter Vivian Phillis, great grandsons Grant and Dean Phillis; her daughter Cara Welin, son-in-law Christian Welin, grandson Lex Welin, granddaughter Malou Welin; her sister Linda Lofgreen and nieces and nephews.
A private family celebration was held in Sanibel Island FLorida.
