Margaret Elizabeth Becker (Buhlman) passed away peacefully surrounded by family on March 5th, 2026, at age 100. She was preceded in death by her former husband, Carl T. Becker, and her son, Robert John Becker. She was born to Emma Yenni and Felix Buhlman on July 14, 1925, and she was raised in Zurich Switzerland. She is survived by 4 of her children, Thomas Becker of Aurora, Susan (James) Chesney of Aurora, Keith (Amy) Becker of Cataula, GA, Deborah (Gary) of Denver, CO. Eight grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren and one great great grandchild. Margaret was raised in Switzerland by her aunt and uncle and attended trade school there to become a seamstress before immigrating to America. She possessed creativity and exceptional skills in this area that she used both for a career in retail and for friends and family creating beautiful garments, quilts and any craft that required a needle. She had an eye for detail and made many beautiful handmade items for friends and family. She enjoyed attending/watching church services, flowers, puppies and a good pork chop. Margaret lived her last couple of years at Jennings Terrace surrounded by kind and caring staff and residents. She was often seen knitting baby blankets by the fireplace even at age 100.
