Margaret Mary Peck, born on October 23, 1939, in Liverpool, England, passed away on December 19, 2025, in Etowah, Tennessee.
Wife of James Richard Peck, a 22-year U.S. Air Force veteran, met the demands of military life with quiet strength, providing a stable home through years of frequent relocations. A devoted housewife, she raised their children Christine, Jimmy, and Rebecca with guidance and care.
In the late 1980s, she served as Director of the Etowah Chamber of Commerce in her husband's hometown, supporting local business growth and community unity.
She was grandmother to Christopher Thompson, Nick Athanos, Alexandra Thompson, Lydia Thompson, J. Kyle Peck, Lauren Peck, Ben Reynolds, and Laurel Reynolds, and great-grandmother to Astrid and Tripp Woods and survived by her siblings Winnie Mullineux, Tony Henaghan, Jimmy Henaghan and Frank Henaghan and predeceased in death by Denis Henaghan and Henry Henaghan and Angela Kirkham.
Her life was marked by perseverance, resolve, and an unyielding love. She will be deeply missed and fondly remembered. A Funeral Mass will be held on January 17, 2026, at 10:00 AM at St. Mary Catholic Church 1291 E Madison Ave
