Marilyn A. Goll (née Ladner), born June 15, 1942, to Mary (Janky) and Harry Ladner, passed away on January 9, 2026.
Marilyn lived a life rooted in faith, creativity, and deep love for her family and community. She was married to Wayne Goll for over 56 years until his passing in 2017 and is survived by her children Donna (David) Braunreiter, and Wayne Goll, Jr. A proud grandmother to Zachary Braunreiter, Sydney Braunreiter, Kendall (Blake) Hirsch, Amanda Goll, and Sara Goll, and a treasured great-grandmother to Mileva Hirsch, Cora Goll, and Scarlett Goll.
In her spare time, Marilyn found great comfort and purpose in all things knitting and crochet. Her hands were rarely still, and her talents were always shared with others. During her retirement, she founded a Rosary Guild at two Catholic parishes, one in Florida and one at Sacred Heart in Richmond, TX, reflecting her strong faith and commitment to service. She lovingly made baby hats and blankets for NICU babies at local hospitals, quietly touching countless families through her generosity.
Marilyn also embraced life's joyful moments. She and Wayne enjoyed learning how to country dance and spent many weekends dancing and listening to local live music, appreciating the sense of community and fun it brought into her life.
A Memorial Mass will be held at St. Faustina Parish in Fulshear on Friday, February 13, at 5:30 PM.
She will be remembered with love and deeply missed.
