Mark Morano, 68, of Boston Massachusetts passed away on December 18, 2025, in Worcester, Massachusetts after finally succumbing to the progressive erosion of Alzheimer's. He was born on August 18, 1957, in Worcester.
Mark pursued a B.A. in music from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, where he cultivated his deep love for the arts. He would go on to earn a master's degree in nutrition, further expanding his lifelong commitment to health and wellness.
A gifted artist and musician, Mark expressed himself through creative pursuits that reflected his sensitivity and depth. His talents extended beyond the canvas and stage—he was also a skilled chef and a dedicated health practitioner. Mark devoted his life to supporting the well-being of others through nontraditional modalities of body and spirit work. His approach was holistic and compassionate, guided by a profound belief in the interconnectedness of mind, body, and soul.
Mark was a lifelong participant in the spiritual path of Eckankar. His spiritual journey shaped much of his worldview and inspired those around him with his sincerity, humor and openness. Known for his kind heart, curious mind, and keen intellect, Mark touched many lives with his presence.
He is lovingly remembered by his sisters Susan Morano of Worcester, Massachusetts; Nancy Morano of Tucson, Arizona; and his brother Chris Morano of Rowe, Massachusetts. He was predeceased by his mother Carole Morano of Worcester and father Victor Morano of Northbridge, Massachusetts.
