Mark Phillips, age 60, passed away on January 9, 2026 in Wilmington, IL. He was a former resident of Gary, IN. Mark was born on October 11,1965 to the late Nathaniel Phillips Jr and Lelia Phillips. He attended Gary Public Schools.
Mark is survived by son Tarne Phillips, mother Lelia Phillips, siblings, Victor Phillips, Nathaniel Phillips III, Jolyn(Mustafa)Linge, Steven Phillips, Rebecca Burkes and a host of uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends. Memorial Service Friday, January 23, 2026 at 1:30 p.m. all services at Powell Coleman Funeral Home 3200 W.15th Avenue Gary, IN.
