Marlys Ann McBiles

Marlys Ann McBiles, aged 92, passed away on January 30, 2026, in Keizer, OR. Born on September 23, 1933, she lived a vibrant life marked by her quick wit and warm personality.
Marlys was a graduate of North High School in Phoenix, AZ, and furthered her education at Arizona State College. Though she had numerous interests, her greatest joy and primary career were centered around raising her four children alongside her beloved husband, Carol Don McBiles, who preceded her in death.
Known for being a wonderful wife and mother, Marlys was also an exceptional hostess and an avid bridge player. Her ability to keep up with current events made her conversations enriching and engaging. She was deeply loved by her many friends and family, who appreciated her spirited and caring nature.
Marlys worshiped at Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Parish in Prescott, AZ, where she was a familiar face to many in the community.
She leaves behind a loving family: sons Mike and Patrick McBiles; daughters Mauri Donn Schober and Kathleen Slocum; sister Kathleen Kay Shover; eight grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by her sister Gerri Rasor.
A private family service will be held to honor Marlys's life. Her legacy of love, laughter, and kindness will be cherished and remembered by all who knew her.
