Marsha Kay Frazier, 74, passed away on February 1, 2025, in Indianapolis, Indiana. Born on November 15, 1950, in Rushville, Indiana, Marsha lived a life marked by compassion, generosity, and a deep love for nature and music.

Marsha shared her life with her beloved spouse and life partner of 33 years, Susanna Soots of Indianapolis.Their enduring bond was a testament to the strength of love and companionship. She also leaves behind her fur babies Sam and Ginger.

She is also remembered with love by her brother Lowell "Sonnie" Frazier and her sister Anita Wells West, both of Rushville. Her sister Barb Knight McNeely of Shelbyville. Her extended family includes nieces Merisha Tillman and Audra Bowling of Connersville; Christina West and Ketena Dice of Rushville; Chandra Abston of Shelbyville; Stephanie Fehrman of Indianapolis; Breanna Price and Brittany Price of Kokomo; and nephew Jeff Ash of Rushville. Marsha's legacy continues through many great and great-great nieces and nephews who will carry forward her memory.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Lowell Frazier Sr. and Marjorie M. (Anderson) Stiers, her sister Linda Frazier; brother Ricky Joe Frazier; and nephews Brian Price and Greg Ash.

Marsha was known for her caring and giving spirit. She gave generously to causes close to her heart, including support for the homeless, Toys for Tots, local animal rescues, and ultimately made the selfless decision to donate her body to the Indiana University Medical School—her final act of giving.

A lover of the outdoors, Marsha found joy in camping, fishing, yard work, and simply being surrounded by nature. Music was another passion that brought light into her life.
