Martha Brittenham Ellison

Loving Wife, Mother, and Grandmother,; 79 years old. Martha passed away peacefully on Saturday, January 17, 2026 after a full life of love and adventure. She is survived by her husband of 50 years Wayne (78), her daughter Rachel (husband Dean) with two granddaughters Sophie and Arwyn, son Nicholas, daughter Molly, and other family and friends.

Martha grew up in Akron, Ohio where she followed in her father Edward Brittenham's steps and attended Principia College. She graduated with a degree in Chemistry and started a successful career in Information Science specializing in Patent searching, starting in the Library at PPG in Barberton, Ohio and then moving to Minnesota where she worked at 3M Company, retiring as a Department Manager.
