Martin George Rodriguez III

Marty was a devoted son, brother, nephew, uncle, cousin, and friend. He is survived by his mother, Debra Vandiver (C. Gratton); his sister, Desiree Freeland (A. Freeland, J. Gelunas, J. Gelunas); his Aunt Emily Latorre (K. Latorre) and his Uncles Erik Latorre (D. Rastellini, A. Latorre and E. Latorre) and Angelo Latorre (B. Latorre).

Marty never met a stranger, always connecting with the people. He loved live music of every genre and was perhaps happiest in a crowd, moving to the beat and singing at the top of his voice. He loved adventure and traveled often sharing his journeys with great enthusiasm. Growing up in Florida, he had a fondness for nature, swimming and snorkeling the Florida springs; a lover of sports, Marty could be found on the course golfing as often as possible.

Having built a career in hospitality, Marty was passionate about coaching and developing colleagues to maximize their potential.

His family encourages those who knew and loved him to celebrate his life by gathering and sharing the ways he made them laugh, think, and feel. Marty will be deeply missed.
