Mary Louise "LuLu" Moffat (Cooper), age 62, passed away peacefully on March 30, 2026, in New Orleans, Louisiana. Born on December 6, 1963, in Leicester, England she brought light and love into the world from the very beginning.

Mary was a proud member of the Ohio National Guard in 1983, 84 where she trained in communications. Her service reflected her dedication and strength—qualities that defined her throughout her life.

Mary is survived by her devoted husband, Jim, who lovingly cared for her with unwavering grace and compassion after she suffered a stroke eight years ago. Their bond was extraordinary—a love deeper than the ocean that carried them through every challenge. She also leaves behind her beloved children: Julie, Katie, Zachary, Aimee, and Justin; as well as her sister Leah Frey and brother-in-law Tim Frey. John Ordway, Step father. Mary cherished her family deeply and found immense joy in their presence.

She was preceded in death by her father Jerry Cooper, mother Bridget Cooper, and brother Jerry Cooper. Their memories remained close to her heart throughout her life.

Mary was a truly remarkable person—a beautiful soul who could light up any room with her presence. Her kindness and generosity touched everyone fortunate enough to know her. With eyes like the blue skies and a heart bigger than the moon, Mary's warmth and love were boundless. She adored her family and friends with all of her being and fought valiantly through every challenge life presented.

Though Mary's passing leaves an irreplaceable void, those who knew her will forever carry the memory of her radiant spirit. May her legacy of love and resilience continue to inspire all who were blessed to share in her journey.
