Mary Thill Woods

Mary Thill Woods, aged 91, passed away on November 16, 2025, in Glenview, IL. Born on June 11, 1934, Mary grew up in Port Washington, WI, and graduated from the local high school before attending the University of Wisconsin at Madison.
Mary enjoyed a fulfilling career at Container Corporation of America and later at Liquid Carbonic. She was a devoted mother and an avid reader, known for her fun-loving nature and being an engaging conversationalist. Mary cherished time spent with her family.
She is survived by her daughters Susan Wouters and her children, Allison (Casey Richards) and Kristen; Patricia Hoey and her son Keith; and her son Joseph (Jennifer) Woods and their children, John and Emily. Mary was preceded in death by her parents, Ansel and Theresa Thill.
Mary's life was marked by her warmth, intelligence, and the profound connections she made with those around her. Her presence will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all who knew her.
