Maurice Allen LeVan

Maurice LeVan, 64, of Memphis, Tennessee, born in Fullerton, California on June 7, 1961. Entered into eternal rest on March 7, 2026. Maurice was an only child and had no children of his own. His parents, Mr. Harold LeVan and Mrs. Elsie LeVan, formerly of Orange County, California, preceded him in death. Maurice was blessed by God to have the Johnson family, of Oakland, Tennessee, who considered him as a member of the family. His family in Oakland, Tennessee include Terry (Anita) Johnson; children, Cynthia Johnson McClelland, of Long Island, New York, and Christopher Johnson (preceded him in death); grandchildren, Sydney, Lawson, Sara, and Dua. Maurice had a heart of gold and will truly be missed. He was an avid golfer and enjoyed racing remote controlled cars. A memorial service will be held March 26, 2:00pm, at Holy Spirit Lutheran Church, 14615 Hwy 194 South, Oakland, Tennessee 38060. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA).
