Megan (Juliot) Meyer, 33, passed away unexpectedly, due to a medical emergency, on April 4, 2026 at her home in Chippewa Falls, WI. She was born in Wausau, WI, June 10, 1992 to David and Ann (Meurett) Juliot.

Megan graduated from Wausau East High School in May 2010 and earned a Bachelor’s Degree from UW-GB in 2014. After a brief stint as an educational aide, in which she fell in love with inspiring students, she promptly completed coursework to acquire special education licensure. She later earned a Master’s in Education from UW - Superior. Megan taught at Madison Elementary in Stevens Point, WI, Unity Elementary in Balsam Lake, WI, and Sherman Elementary in Eau Claire, WI.

Megan had a way of making everyone around her feel at ease. Her gracious smile, loving nature, and calm personality allowed her to connect with everyone. Megan’s servant's heart reached beyond the children she loved — she fostered more than a dozen rescue dogs and stayed close with the families who gave them their forever homes, because for Megan, love was never a temporary thing.

Megan’s life changed forever on September 10, 2022 when she met Daniel Meyer. The relationship blossomed rapidly. Megan and Dan married on May 4, 2024 at West Ridge Church, Eau Claire, WI. After the wedding, Megan and Dan resided in Megan’s home in Fredric, WI. In June 2025, Megan and Dan moved into their new “happily-ever-after” house in Chippewa Falls, WI.

Megan is preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Duane and Lois Juliot; and Uncle Jon Juliot.

Megan is survived by her loving husband, Daniel Meyer, Chippewa Falls, WI; parents, David & Ann Juliot of Wausau, WI; brother, Jacob (Sydney Sepulveda) Juliot of Houston, TX; maternal grandparents, John & Karen Meurett, Wausau, WI;. and Aunts and Uncles, Joy (Sami) Shehab, Rochester, MN; Tina Juliot, Eau Claire, WI; Joel Juliot, Denton, TX; Steve (Lori) Meurett, Neillsville, WI; Scott (Diane Muelemans) Meurett, Iola, WI; and David Meurett, Plover, WI.

Megan’s Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, April 17, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at West Ridge Church, 3906 Kane Road, Eau Claire, WI 54703, with Pastor Paul Smith officiating. Visitation will be held from 2:00 p.m. until 6:30 p.m before the service. Burial will be a private ceremony at a later date. The streaming service will be offered through the funeral home website. An informal family gathering will be held “off-site” after the ceremony; the location will be announced at the Celebration of Life service.

Megan’s love for all resulted in a life devoted to Faith, service, and Christian stewardship. To honor her life, a non-profit charity – Megan's Classroom of Hope – is being established to support her passion for Special Education.
