1952 - 2026

It is with deep sorrow and immense love that we announce the passing of Michael Bisceglia, PharmD (January 30, 1952 - March 20, 2026), a devoted father, brother, and friend.

Michael was born to Victor and Audrey Bisceglia in Oakland, California. He was raised in Merrick, New York and later spent much of his life in Orlando, Florida. After graduating from John F. Kennedy High School in 1970, Michael went on to study pharmacy at St. John's University. He was proud to then obtain his pharmacy doctorate from the University of Florida in 2000. He had a long, dedicated career as a pharmacist spanning over four decades. He was known for his strong work ethic and integrity, as well as the genuine care he showed to everyone he worked with.

Michael is survived by his two daughters, Sarah Bisceglia and her husband Corey Staffeld, and Julianne Lipschutz and her husband Harrison, who were the center of his world and the recipients of his endless care and guidance. He was preceded in death by his beloved son Michael Jeffrey, whose memory he carried in his heart every day. He is also survived by his siblings John Bisceglia, Dalis Smith, and Nicholas Bisceglia, who shared with him a lifetime of memories and laughter. He was also preceded in death by his brother Victor J. Bisceglia. He further shared a continued friendship and co-parenting relationship with his former wife Joyce Isley.

Family was everything to Michael. He adored them and made sure they knew how much they meant to him. His conversations and his life revolved around those he held dear.

He had a deep love for life's simple joys. He found peace and happiness in Hawaii, a place that was near and dear to his heart. He was passionate about music, especially rock and roll, and loved playing his drum set. He also enjoyed trying new foods, and some of his favorites were sushi, steak and Chinese buffet. Michael was known for his humor and his laid-back, kind personality.

Above all, Michael believed in compassion. He always showed kindness and understanding, and had a generous heart. His legacy is one of love, laughter, and the importance of caring for one another.

He will be deeply missed, forever remembered, and always cherished
