Michael Dodds McCall

Michael Dodds "Mike" McCall was born January 25, 1953 to Jack and Aldine McCall in Monroe, La. He passed away November 21, 2025 in Pensacola, Florida and leaves behind his only child, Mindy McCall. He is proceeded in death by his parents, Jack E. and Charlie Aldine McCall and his siblings, Charlotte Gannaway, Roger McCall, and Steve McCall and step mother, Carolyn McCleary Zeagler.

Mike attended Neville High School and joined the Navy soon afterwards, serving four years, which included a tour in Vietnam abroad the USS Newport News.

After serving his country, Mike and his family returned to Monroe, where he attended school to learn the television industry. He also worked at Ryan Chevrolet in sales for years. Later in life, he moved to Florida and spent his days boating, fishing, enjoying great friends, and even a slot machine here and there.

He will be forever missed and respected as the father, son, brother, uncle, friend, and Veteran he was. In the words of his shipmates..."We have the watch, Sir. Fair winds and following seas. Thank you for your service and God bless you."
