**With Loving Remembrance of - Michael Anthony "Mikey" Rafflo**
March 4, 1968 – March 6, 2026
Michael Anthony "Mikey" Rafflo passed away peacefully on March 6, 2026, in Tampa, Florida, at the age of 58. Born on March 4, 1968, in Rochester, New York, Michael spent his life creating memories and leaving an indelible mark on those who knew him.
He left behind a legacy of a beautiful family, loved ones, good friends, and acquaintances.
We are truly blessed to have his children, Bianca, and Anthony to remind us, that he has left the best of himself here to share his love, and to comfort us.
His loving wife, Cherfra of 23 years. They managed to weather many storms together over the years, and she stayed strong and determined to be there for him, making sure he received the best care that he could. She and the kids stayed by his side, through the last part of his journey.
He also leaves his siblings, (Remember we helped to shape who he was hahaha).
John (Deceased), Gina, JoAnne (Michael Speciale), Richard , Joyce (David Hatch), Susan (Brian Manley), and Maryann (Alan Ritchotte).
He has several nieces and nephews that grew up with him, as a brother, a father figure, Uncle and lastly, but not least, a big kid playmate to say "yes", when their moms said "no". His love and influence will always be a part of them.
Maria, Anthony, Jerremy, Angela, Kara, John, Jennifer, Sarah, and Grace.
He also has many "Great" nieces and nephews, and even "Great, Great", nieces and nephews.
Michael was very fortunate to grow up with some great friends, in Rhode Island, (Billy, Alex, Al, Ralph, and Greg), (we never had a dull moment with this group!), and on the road, New England, South, and West. (Too many to list- you know who you are) . And man did he create havoc in both worlds! He lived life to the fullest doing what he loved best.
We truly hope that you leave as many stories as you can here. So those that didn't know him as well, can share in who he really is.
He worked hard continuing to build what our parents "Lawrence and Jackie Rafflo" started for us in the Amusement business. He took it to great heights that surpassed all our imaginations.
He always did things on a grander scale than most, the only limits he placed on himself was the size of the location he was given. Then he started to build upward!
He was truly a "Showman" in every sense of the word. And he loved every minute of it.
Though his physical journey has come to an end here, Michael’s legacy lives on in the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to share in his life. His warmth and presence will be deeply missed and fondly remembered.
Our family invites those who knew Michael to share their cherished memories or experiences, and photos of / with him as part of a keepsake memorial honoring his life. May these reflections bring comfort and celebrate the impact he had on so many lives.
We will be having a memorial for Michael at a later date. We hope you will join us to celebrate his life at that time.
We look forward to reading your stories, and seeing any pictures you may have with the hope that it may bring peace and solace to all who mourn his passing. *Remember, he would love the honesty of his antics in print to share!
