Michael D. Schultz, of Northampton, PA, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, January 16, 2026. Born on November 6, 1961 to the late Patricia A. (Burian) Schultz and Merle A. Schultz, Mike grew up in Allentown and attended William Allen High School, graduating in 1980. Michael was married to his best friend of 42 years, Robin (McKenzie) Schultz.

His daughters, Megan D. Gordon and Emily M. Hebrock, were the center of his world and he loved being a Dad.

Mike moved to Northampton in 1986 and enjoyed many years coaching NAA softball, assistant coaching NAA basketball, and supporting his daughters in their sports activities. He also looked forward to working with the Montgomery County Kennel Club at their annual dog show.

Mike was employed by Interior Workplace Solutions for over 45 years as Operations Manager. He was a problem solver and skillful in his trade. What friends will remember most is that Mike was a quiet soul who didn't say much but when he did it was witty, snarky, or profound.

Mike is survived by his wife, his daughters and his sons-in-law, Nicholas Hebrock and Sebastian Gordon. The lights of his life were his five grandchildren, Hannah Hebrock, Hayley Hebrock, Sunny Hebrock, Owen Gordon and Freya Gordon. He is also survived by his sister, Diane Groman, brother-in-law Ray Groman and many nieces and nephews.

Services have been entrusted to the Gilbert Funeral Home 444 Pershing Boulevard in Whitehall for Friday, January 23, 2026. Calling hours from 9:30 AM-11:00 AM, followed by interment in Cedar Hill Memorial Park Allentown.

Memorial contributions honoring Mike are suggested to The American Heart Association Post Office Box 840692 Dallas, Texas 75284-0692 online at www.heart.org
